What Is A FW-360 Edge Screen 360 Degree Rotary Separator?
A few days ago, we have introduced FW-2020 Universal Separator to you. Here is another new style thermal Separation Machine coming out too, which is called Edge Screen 360 Degree Rotary Separator. This is a machine that you can use it to separate flat screen, edge screen, separate the screen in frame, remove glue and disassemble the frame of mobile phone screen.
Through the product name, we can know that working platform of this machine can be rotated 360 degree freely at any direction as you like. You can lock the working platform by a rotating fixing clip as long as you get the position you want. It can prevent the working platform loosening during the operation. And if you want to rotate the platform, unlock the rotating fixing clip.
Under the heating platform, we can see several heating wires instead of heating plate, it’s different with FW-2020 Universal Separation. Use heating wire, heating faster. Threaded metal connect joint directly. No fear of high and low temperature, and sealed without air leakage. Built-in PTFE tube to realize acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance.
These are the differences between FW-360 and FW-2020. One more difference is the volume of FW-360 is smaller than its of FW-2020.

The heating platform has used special heating aluminum, oxidative drawing sandblasting process, so the heating is even. The screen separation is safer and energy saving. R chamfered design on all four sides, which is more conducive to the separation wire and difficult to pull off.

Adopted four desktop fixed metal feet. You can install these parts to fix the machine on the working platform, to keep the separation process more smooth.
The machine also can be used with the edge in-frame separating mold. If you not often use the mold or use the mold not for a long time, the mold is no need to be fixed with screws. The mold can be sucked in vacuum. But if the mold is used frequently, it should be fixed with screws.
