note:
* Check the oil level of the vacuum pump before using the new machine, it shouldn't be lower than 1/2 of the observation hole, and the maximum shouldn't exceed 3/4 of the observation hole. The vacuum pump oil should be replaced every 250 hours. When the oil is mixed with water or other impurities, the vacuum pump oil should be replaced at once. Regularly replace the vacuum pump oil can effectively prolong the service life of vacuum pump
* The vacuum pump exhaust filter should be replaced regularly according to the usage, and it’s recommended to check or replace it every 500 hours.
* please use the vacuum pump special oil for single-stage rotary vane that meets standard ISO-V46# viscosity grade and the synthetic vacuum pump oil of the same grade.
