A fresh new cellphone separation method is coming too since FORWARD’s Blue Light Laser Separation Machine has come up. This new way can greatly reduce cellphone separation difficulties.

Today we’d like to show the machine users how to install the laser separation machine.

You can see there is a tool package when you receive the machine.

After you unbox it, you can see below tools are together delivered with the machine. They are a laser head, a drawing USB flash disk, a pair of safety goggles, a power cord, a hexagon wrench package, a focal length rod, some laser positioning plates, a laser location bracket and two aluminum foils.

OK. Now let’s begin to work.

Firstly, we should follow the sticker instructions to dismantle all fixed screws inside the machine with a hexagon wrench.

After we take apart all screws fixed on the Z axis, we can continue to install a laser head.

Fasten a laser head to the Z axis with the Z axis screws just removed.

In below picture, you will see the effect of the laser head final fixed on the Z axis.

Then connect the laser head wire.

And push the centered positioning mold to the edge of the door like a below picture.

The next step is to put a laser location bracket on the positioning mold.

After that, put a laser positioning plate on the laser location bracket.

The following is move a laser head to align the local length with a local length rod.

Attentions here:

1. You must move a laser head aside before aligning the focal length.

2. The focal length rod is placed as shown on the below picture. The focal length rod only can be placed on the edges of the laser head.

3. Never put the focal length in the center of the laser head.

4. The distance between the focal length rod and the positioning plate is the same as the diameter of the focal length rod head.

Once the last step is done, connect the power cord of the machine.

And open the power leakage protection.

Insert a drawing USB flash disk.

Turn the machine on.

Press the “Unlock” key to unlock the keys before we use the machine.

Then select the language which you need.

Next is to select “Carving”.

And select a test drawing “FORWARD.n”.

Once done, press “Figures” key to let the laser start to work.

When the laser is finished, we take out the positioning plate which has laser traces on it.

But how we judge the focal length is deviated or not?

We can judge it from the following picture. This is a standard for your reference. We can see laser traces of four edges on the positioning plate are consistent with the center.
